This year’s annual YMCA health fair was a huge success! Active Physical Therapy Solutions was just one amongst over 30 vendors offering health and wellness suggestions including free blood cholesterol screening and glucose testing given by Auburn Community Hospital, tips on supplementing healthy snacks for not so healthy ones done by Wegman’s and the Cayuga County Health Dept and Blood Pressure checks done by BOCES, to name a few. Active Physical Therapy Solutions fielded many questions on injuries of the elbow, shoulder, knee and back. The YMCA health fair is always a great success and is an excellent way for the people in Auburn and surrounding communities to explore healthy ways to live.
