This past weekend the APTS staff took part in the annual YMCA Family Health Day. It turned out to be a huge success! The Family Health Day is open to the public and is designed to provide the people of Auburn and surrounding communities with information on various healthcare services available in the area. The staff at APTS presented information and answered questions on our services such as the benefits of Active Release Techniques®, the Buchberger-12® rotator cuff strengthening program, the “6×6” exercise program for TMJ pain and dysfunction, among many others. Also, congratulations to those who won a hat or Buchberger-12® manual and DVD in our free raffle!
